Your Christmas messages

Messages from you written on a Christmas bauble

This Christmas, we invited you to write a Christmas message to the children, using a Christmas Bauble shape designed by five year old Phoebe.

Here is a tiny selection of the messages you sent.

The Christmas tree filled with your Bauble messagesPhoebe has been the focus of our Christmas Appeal this year. Just before her second birthday, Phoebe was diagnosed with Wilms Tumour, a type of kidney cancer. Thankfully, she's now in remission and a very lively, happy five year old.

This Christmas, we contacted many of you to share Phoebe’s story and ask for your help. We included a paper Christmas Bauble, designed by Phoebe, asking for a Christmas message to the children. We've been inundated with wonderful replies from all over the country.

Our favourite baubles have now been used to decorate the Christmas tree at the Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital Snow Ball. Young patients, families and staff can read and share the heart-warming messages while enjoying their party.

A huge thank you to everyone who sent a Christmas message.
