We have teamed up with Realbuzz to give you the best training advice possible. We have half marathon training guides for beginners, intermediate and advanced runners. These guides provide essential advice on health, what gear to wear and how best to structure your training sessions.
They provide detailed training programmes guiding you through 12 or 16 weeks of training – taking you all the way to race day.
