About this event

An iconic journey between the historic heart of Scotland’s capital city, Edinburgh, and the summit of Britain’s highest peak, Ben Nevis. Start with a half marathon of road running from the centre of Auld Reekie, ride 184km into the Highlands and then ditch the bike to transfer back to foot for the final marathon off-road assault on The Ben.

Children with Cancer UK is the official charity partner for the Rat Race 2018 series. Support  Children with Cancer UK and help raise vital funds that we invest into specialist research to save the lives of every child with cancer and keep their families together.
