Isle of Wight Challenge 2020 – Event Cancelled

As it stands, the Isle of Wight Challenge will not be taking place in 2020, as a result of the decision to postpone, or cancel, all mass public gatherings, to try to contain the spread of COVID-19. The event organisers have announced 01-02 May 2021 as next year’s event date. You will find full details of the 2021 challenge on this page once registration has opened. Visit the challenge website for further info.

Walk, Jog, or Run the best of the Isle of Wight 2021

About this event

ultra challenge Logo part of the seriesGreat challenges need great settings – and none are better than the Island’s coastal path. 2,000 adventurers will take on the Isle of Wight in May 2021 – and all out to push themselves further.

The route is along the spectacular southern cliffs, past the iconic Needles, and up to the historic Cowes at the half-way stop. For full island challengers, it’s onto historic Ventnor, and back to the welcome base camp in Chale after an epic 106km journey. You’ll get full support and hospitality along the way from the Action Challenge team, and with half and quarter Island options also – there’s an Isle of Wight Challenge for everyone!
