Considered the UK’s flattest and fastest Marathon, this course takes you through Trafford, starting and finishing at Manchester United Football Club. Also encouraging to know that this marathon has been awarded the official title of UK’s Best Marathon for two years running at the Running Awards!

What to expect from Children with Cancer UK

You can be part of our team whether you secure your own place independently of the charity or are allocated one of our charity places.
When you join our team, you will receive the following support from us;

  • A Fundraising Pack containing lots of fundraising advice
  • Regular emails to provide top tips
  • A bright and colourful running vest

We helped fund the development of the Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) test, which is a test that detects the risk of relapse for children with #AcuteLymphoblasticLeukaemia, like Sam.
