If you were unsuccessful and are still looking for a place, please complete the Charity Place Application Form below. Please note, this application does not guarantee you a London Marathon charity place. We receive a high volume of applications and enquiries and we like to read through all of them, so please be patient with us while we work our way through these.
If you have already applied for one of our charity places we will be in touch over the coming weeks regarding the outcome of your application.
If you have been successful, we would love for you to join the team, using your own place. Please complete the Own Place Registration Form below and send us a copy of your confirmation of place received from the organisers. All we ask is that you raise as much as you can for Children with Cancer UK. We look forward to welcoming you on the team!
If you would like to join our waiting list to join the 2022 TCS London Marathon team, please complete a Charity Place application form below. All applications received will go through a review process.
If we are able to offer you one of our charity places, there will be a registration fee of £100. There is no set fundraising ask, but we ask that you set your own fundraising target. Please add this along with your fundraising plans to the application form when applying for a place. If you have secured your TCS London Marathon Own Place directly through the organisers, we would love you to join our team. Please get in touch to let us know you have secured your place and submit a copy of the event entry. You will receive the same support and we ask that you raise as much as you can.
Regardless of the place you hold, we promise to support you all the way and get you to the finish line. We’ve got training and fundraising advice, cheering packs for your friends and family, and a dedicated team ready to answer any last minute questions.

John ran the Virgin Money London Marathon as part of #TeamChildrenwithCancerUK in 2021 in memory of Mia. Mia passed away in August 2020, after having lived with a brain tumour for 9 years. Here’s John’s story.
We would like to congratulate all of our 2021 London Marathon team for completing the 26.2 miles around London on Sunday 3 October. It was an amazing day and incredible to see the team back on the iconic route once again. We can’t thank our team enough for all of the effort they have shown this past year and are so incredibly grateful for the support and dedication towards Children with Cancer UK. Thank you and well done.
