This April we were aiming for a record breaking year – almost 1400 of you signed up to join us at the Virgin Money London Marathon.
As the London Marathon and other events were postponed or cancelled, we wanted to put the many miles of training and work that our runners had put in to good use. So we decided to host our own virtual run. It was held on the 26 April – the day the London Marathon were supposed to go ahead.
Let’s come ‘together as one’ all over the country. Sign up to this virtual race for charity, grab your trainers, and head for your very own start line on the 26th of April at 9:30am and run as far as you can in an hour. Whether that’s from your front door, treadmill or the local park, we want to try and gather as many people as possible and make our hours count!
By taking part in this wonderful event, you’ll be helping to fund vital childhood cancer research so that every child gets to ring The End of Treatment Bell and be with their family.
Where and when: Anywhere! On your treadmill or out and about!
Date & Time: 26th April 2020 9.30am As far as you can in one hour!
You’ll be part of our team once you’ve signed up. You’ll receive the following support from us;
