Young cricketers' Yo-Yo Test fundraiser

Hundreds of supporters!

More than 200 young people took on the annual test. It measures their aerobic capacity and endurance levels. Once the test is complete each participant is given a level which helps coaches to track improvements in fitness levels over a period of time. All the players approached the test with great determination, displaying athleticism and courage to achieve personal goals and beat their previous scores. What’s more, they helped raised an incredible amount of money for Children with Cancer UK, as well as two other charities. Cheshire Cricket Trust Trustee David Sharp said:
The support from the players’ family and friends has been amazing, with hundreds of people donating to excellent causes.

Thank you!

Thank you to all the boys and girls that took part, all the friends and family that sponsored them, and of course to the Cheshire Cricket Board for choosing to support Children with Cancer UK and raising £3,334!
