Woodward Estate Agents chose Children with Cancer UK as their 2015 Charity of the Year. From May to December they held an event every month and raised an impressive £10,000.

Igloo Books

Our Charity of the Year partnership with Igloo Books raised a staggering £100,500 throughout 2013-14 for Children with Cancer UK.  
 
Igloo Books’ 90 employees raised money through various events such as a summer fete, Masquerade Ball, Halloween fundraising, Three Peaks Challenge and their biggest event, ‘One Big Effort’. 

One Big Effort saw 30 participants cycling 180 miles from Paris to Calais, a row across the English Channel, a run from Dover to the capital before completing the London Marathon. We were delighted to be selected by SEGRO as their Charity of the Year for 2012. They raised £100,000 for Children with Cancer UK as part of their annual fundraising efforts.

SEGRO employees took part in a host of activities to help raise funds, including running, cycling, baking, car washing, golf, auctioning and raffling events. 

A total of £100,000 was raised, with SEGRO employees contributing over £57,200. The balance was donated through the company’s charitable fund donation scheme.

Silicone Engineering - supporting Children with Cancer UK
Children with Cancer UK is delighted to have been selected as Silicone Engineering's Charity of the year for 2013.

Money was raised through a variety of activities including bake sales, Quiz night and snooker night.  Silicone Engineering generously matching funds raised by staff.

Majestic Wine Warehouse

We were delighted that the staff of Majestic Wine voted for us to be their Charity of the Year 2013.

Money was raised through collection tins in stores, mobile phone and printer cartridge recycling and staff fundraising activities. Over the course of the partnership they raised £54,000.


Majestic Wine also held a weekend promotion in November 2013 to celebrate the opening of their 200th shop donating £1 from every bottle of champagne sold to us which raised an amazing £11,000!

Children with Cancer UK is delighted to have been supported by Business Traveller Magazine in 2012.  They raised almost £15,000 during their partnership.
 
Each year, the Business Traveller Awards raises money for a nominated charity via the Business Traveller silent auction.  We were very proud that Sir Trevor McDonald attended the awards on 17th September 2012 to speak on behalf of Children with Cancer UK.
 
At the awards, Business Traveller announced they were supporting Children with Cancer UK and invited their corporate partners to donate auction prizes for the auction. The prizes include flights, hotel stays and other luxury travel item...

Deloitte is one of the UK’s leading professional services firms and we were delighted to learn in December 2009 that we had been chosen as one of their national charity partners.

The partnership, originally for two years, was extended until May 2014 and raised a fantastic £770,000. These funds are supporting the current ALL (acute lymphoblastic leukaemia) trial, UKALL 2011, and the establishment of a national cell bank for childhood leukaemia. Rathbones

We were selected by Rathbones employees as their Charity of the Year, alongside Anthony Nolan.

The partnership ran from 2010 to 2012, with both London and Liverpool offices supporting us. They raised a fantastic £24,249.83 and we are very grateful for their generosity.

A member of staff whose friend lost their three-year-old son to leukaemia in 2006 nominated Children with Cancer UK as their chosen charity.

Rathbones employees organised a number of fundraising initiatives, including dress down days, bake sales, quizzes and various other activities.
