Pub landlords - organise a Pub Quiz and help children with cancer

We’re asking pubs across the UK to organise a pub quiz event for Children with Cancer UK.

We’re on hand to provide you with all of the support you need to hold a successful event!

Helping you organise your pub quiz

When you register your interest in holding a pub quiz we’ll get a fundraising pack sent out to you immediately including:

  • collection boxes
  • posters
  • and a helpful how to fundraising guide

Almost 4,000 children and young people are diagnosed with cancer every year in the UK. That's around ten every day. With your support, we can fund essential research into the causes, prevention and treatment of childhood cancer

Not a pub landlord?

We would still love for you to get involved in organising a Quiz.

Quiz evenings do take a little bit of planning but if you get your friends and family involved, it’ll make it much easier and more fun. We can help you too!

A quick guide to planning your quiz night

  • Choose a venue: contact your local pub, community centre or university union to see if you could use it for a evening
  • Set a date and time: make sure to pick a day and time where your friends and family are most likely to be free
  • Create your quiz: you might want to get some help with this. Think how many questions you want to have and how many rounds
  • Promote your event: send out invitations and ask if you can display a poster on a notice board or intranet website
  • Order your quiz night resources: please email or call 020 7404 0808 to order posters, tickets, quiz answer sheets and balloons. All that's left then is to host the event, have fun and enjoy yourself!
