About St Oswald’s Hospice
St Oswald’s Hospice offers respite care in a purpose-built unit for children and young adults with progressive, life shortening conditions such as childhood cancer. It offers families the opportunity to spend time in a supportive and fun environment. The facility provides accommodation for up to six children and young adults and their families at any one time. On average, 50 children and young adults are able to benefit from these services at St Oswald’s Hospice every month.
