Cycling training

Children with Cancer UK will help you to prepare for your big day.

We have teamed up with Realbuzz to give you the best training advice possible. We have a 100 mile intermediate cycling training guide. This guide provides essential advice on health, choosing a bike, what gear you need and how best to structure your training sessions.

It provides a detailed six-week ‘lead-in’ training programme as well as a 14-week 100 mile programme, taking you all the way to race day.

You can also visit Realbuzz’s site for further advice and information.

Good luck!
