Children with Cancer UK launches 'THE REALLY BIG AUCTION'

 

We are extremely delighted to announce that THE REALLY BIG AUCTION that featured unbelievable prizes – from showbiz lunches & luxury holidays to comedy shows and celebrity meet & greets raised oved £253,409 for Children with Cancer UK.

‘The Really Big Auction’ in aid of Children with Cancer UK offers the chance to bid on over 100 unbelievable prizes – from showbiz lunches and luxury holidays to comedy shows and celebrity meet & greets – and help raise vital funds for the childhood cancer charity. This makes this one of the biggest one-off auctions in the charity sector Britain’s ever seen.

Entrants can register to bid today, with the online auction going live on Thursday 31 August 2023 at 8am. The auction will close on Friday 1 September 2023 at 11pm, with less than 48 hours to bid on a once-in-a-lifetime prize.

All money raised from the auction will support Children with Cancer UK’s ground-breaking scientific research into the treatment and causes of childhood cancer, as well as its ongoing support for young cancer patients and their loved ones.

Those taking part have the opportunity to bid on incredible auction lots, including:

  • VIP tickets to Rod Stewart’s ‘Hits Show’ at Caesars Colosseum in Las Vegas, plus a meet & greet with Rod, flights and a three-night stay at Caesars Palace
  • Tickets to Sting: My Songs concert in Paris, with soundcheck access and a meet & greet with Sting, plus Eurostar business return tickets and three-night stay in Paris
  • Tickets to Bryan Adams Live in Dubai, with a meet & greet, flights and a four-night all-inclusive hotel stay for two people
  • Showbiz lunch with Hayley Atwell, Michelle Dockery, Hugh Bonneville and Victoria Smurfit, hosted by Gaby Roslin at Frog by Adam Handling, plus an overnight hotel stay

TV fans have the chance to bid on a traditional Sunday roast dinner with some of Eastenders’ most famous faces – Natalie Cassidy, Adam Woodyatt, Emma Barton, Jane Slaughter, Harriet Thorpe and Jake Wood – with an overnight stay at The Mayfair Townhouse.

Or if The Great British Bake Off is your TV favourite, why not bid on an exclusive baking masterclass with Candice Brown, hosted by I’m a Celeb winner Giovanna Fletcher, or tickets to ‘An Evening with Mary Berry’ to pick up tips from the ‘Queen of Baking’ herself.
