Scarlett Moffatt attends Children with Cancer UK Ball
The Children with Cancer UK Ball saw around 800 guests, including reality TV queen Scarlett Moffatt, come together at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on 9 November to raise funds for specialist childhood cancer research.

Hosted by Irish comedian Dara Ó Briain and headlined by R&B legend Billy Ocean, this year’s annual Children with Cancer UK Ball raised more than £600,000 to help fight the injustice of cancer in children. Billy Ocean performed hit songs ‘Caribbean Queen’ and ‘Love Really Hurts Without You’ at the spectacular evening of entertainment and fundraising in support of childhood cancer research charity Children with Cancer UK. Britain’s Got Talent’s ‘X’ Marc Spelmann and X-Factor’s Joe McElderry entertained guests with magic and music performances. A very special family were also among the attendees – with seven-year-old cancer survivor Suki Corbett, who finished treatment for Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia in April this year, taking the stage to speak about her cancer journey with Children with Cancer UK CEO Mark Brider. Every day, 12 families in the UK receive the devastating news that their child has cancer. All funds raised at the Children with Cancer UK Ball will go towards vital specialist childhood cancer research to improve survival rates and quality of survival for young cancer patients. Other celebrities in attendance included Linda Robson, from Loose Women, Anna Richardson, TV presenter, Adrienne LDN, Adidas Ambassador and wellness blogger, Debbie McGee, TV presenter, Andrea Mclean, Loose Women, Shaun Dooley, actor, and Derek Redmond, British athlete.
